We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-returnable items
Installed parts, electrical components that have been wired in, and special-order items cannot be returned for safety and warranty reasons.
How to start a return
Email support@dnaautoparts.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong part, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
